We manage and care for our land in such a way that encourages native species from bobcats to American kestrels to golden-fronted woodpeckers to make their home here.
Your access to the ranch is pre-arranged with your host so you will need to be guided at all times. Blinds and prime locations are chosen ahead of time, you just have to point and click.
The Hindes Ranch Lodge sleeps up to 10 guests and all food and drink is included in your package price. You might even get some amazing shots from the front porch as the lodge is deep in the ranch.
"I’ve been photographing and hunting the Hindes Ranch for over 25 years. The 17 bucks that I chronicled in my deer book, Observing & Evaluating Whitetails, are all Hindes bucks as are most of the 27 bucks in the judging on the hoof section.
Many of my covers on most of Texas hunting publications as well as Sports Afield and Peterson’s Hunting are all Hindes bucks. They have had many winning bucks over the years in the Los Cazadores and Muy Grande contests.
So much Texas deer hunting and management history took place on this 10,000 acre ranch over the last half century. When I walk into their old hunting lodge the old photography and mounts draw me back into time of monster bucks and limb hanging gobblers.
The Hindes Ranch is an experience you'll always look back on and be thankful you did. "

"(The Hindes') wildlife-rich ranch has been an amazing place for my sons to learn so much about all of nature and hone their photography skills and gain all types of photography experience from long lenses to macro photography. "
